FAQ
How do I log an injection?
On the Home tab, use Log shot (the primary button). Set date and time, dose (prefilled from your profile), injection site if needed, then save. Reminders and the widget update automatically.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone only. FreeGLP has no online account and does not send your health data to any servers.
How do I export or restore?
In More, Export: JSON (full backup and restore), CSV, or PDF for a visit. JSON restore is done from an export inside the app. Once shared off the device, the file is outside our control.
Widget or reminders are missing
Open FreeGLP at least once after install. Check Notification permissions in iOS Settings. For the widget: add it from the iOS widget gallery.
Apple Health: turn on or off?
In the app health settings, enable the Health link if you want it. iOS owns permissions (weight, activity depending on options). Revoke anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. Manual weight works without it.
Is the app really free?
Yes: free forever for local tracking, offline, no account. No ads. If paid options appear later (only if they incur real cost, such as AI), that will be announced clearly, with no wall on basic tracking.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is on device: export first if you want a copy, then uninstall the app. That removes FreeGLP data on the device. Files you already shared stay wherever you sent them.
Troubleshooting
iOS version
